serve as a Student Representative of the Edmonds City Council; and
9Idr. Eslami served as a student member of the City Council from September 2, 2014 to
June 2, 2015; and N. f 1)
9VLr. EsIami was interested in learning what issues and questions the City of Edmonds
faces today and to find out what active role he could assume surrounding these issues;
and
He was conscientious in his attendance at meetings, very observant, and gave thoughtful
input of the issues before the Council;
5Vow, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City Council and the Mayor hereby extend their best wishes
to Noushyar in his future endeavors and express the hope that he will continue to
contribute to the democratic process of government in the City of Edmonds and
elsewhere.
