Call to Order
Chair Jerry Janacek called the meeting to order at 4:16 pm.

Approval of Minutes
• March board meeting minutes approved (Joan/Tracy)
Finance Report:
• Reviewed February 2019 financial report.
Chair Report:
• Thanks to Joan for facilitating the honoring of Betty Gaeng at the City Council
meeting on Tuesday April 23.
• Jerry will coordinate with Carrie Haslam the implementing of our revised
Satisfaction Survey.
Staff Report:
• Cliff's seasonal staff will start on May 1st.
• Rich reminded us that we have $3,000 dollars in our Cemetery Advertising
budget; we need to discuss how to utilize the money for advertising.
