I. CALL TO ORDER
Co -Chairman Kaleb Nichols called the meeting to order at 6:03 pm in room 123 in the Frances
Anderson Center, 700 Main St, Edmonds
Secretary read the Native American Land Statement
II. MINUTES - Approval of 9/18/19
Co -Chairman Kaleb Nichols moved to approve 9/18/19 meeting's minutes
Secretary Owen Lee seconded that motion
Motion passed unanimously
III. PLAZA ROOM WALKTHROUGH
- We went around the plaza room and
- Made sure our voices projected
- Looked around the room
- Figured out our setup/furniture layout
IV. YOUTH FORUM RUN THROUGH/PRACTICE
- We worked to clean up any holes we spotted in our plan and made sure everyone had
the materials

Owen will make Facebook advertisement and Instagram Flyers
Everyone will look over their prepared materials and send them to Kaleb and Stephany
for review
Alissa and Kaleb will go to other schools: Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Scriber Lake
Caroline will go to Edmonds Community College and Meadowdale
- Everyone will get me high school morning announcement contact information
- Casey will get the vests shrunk
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman StephanyJanssen adjourned the meeting at 7:30 pm
