A <I\'esolution Of The Edmonds City Councl(Thanking
Councilmember Ned Ti66ott forYfisService To The Edmonds City Council
Whereas, Xeil Ti66ott was elected to the City Council in November 2015 and sworn in January 2016. While in
office Councilmember Tibbott approached the office with passion and an earnest desire to serve the
citizens of Edmonds; and
Whereas, while on Council, Councilmember Tibbott approached his duties diligently, his pleasant and thoughtful
demeanor along with his teamwork approach was appreciated. As such, he helped to see the completion
of the following:
• Highway 99 Planning Process
• Initiated the complete sidewalks program
• Launched the Citizen's Housing Commission
• Edmonds Housing Instability Coalition (EHIC)
• Contributed to the selection and appointment of numerous candidates to the many citizen's
committee vacancies
Whereas, while on Council, Councilmember Tibbott was involved with many committees and commissions on behalf
of the City of Edmonds including:
• Chair of Public Works and Parks Committee
• Economic Development Commission
• Alliance for Affordable Housing
,Vow, Therefore, Oe it Resoked, that 5ved ibbott be applauded and thanked for serving as a Councilmember. The
Council looks forward to his continued dedication and service to the citizens of Edmonds.
