RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to the City of Edmonds to
establish a loading zone on the Nest side of Fifth Avenue, directly in -front of
the Oak Lake Heating Manufacturing, Inc., plant, and
WHERE", it is felt that it will be in the best interest of the
said City of Edmonds and for the safety and welfare of its citizens that such
`a loading,zone, 23 feet long, be established,
NOW,, THEIMFORE., IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF EDMONDS that a loading zone twenty-three (23)
feet long be and the same is hereby established on the West side of Fifth Ave-
nue, directly in front of the Oak Lake Heating Manufacturing,, Inc., plant.
