WHEREAS, on the l--day of July, 1957, the abutting
owners of that portion of Eleventh Avenue located in the City of
Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, and more par-
ticularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the South 584.
feet of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter
of section 25, township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M.,
thence North 88052127" West 5.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North 88052127n
West 25.00 feet; thence South 0035156" West 116.00
feet; thence South 88052127" East 5.00 feet; thence
Northeasterly to the true point of beginning;
have petitioned this Council for the vacation of the above -described
property, and
WHEREAS the law requires a hearing on such a petition, and
that the same be fixed by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday,
1957, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, P.M.,
at the City Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time
and place for the hearing and determination on the said petition.
