WHEREAS, on the��day of �, 1957, the abutting owners
of that certain portion of Tenth Avenue lying between Bell Street and Edmonds
Street, in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington have
petitioned this Council for the bacation of the above described portion of Tenth
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such a petition, and that
the same be fixed by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
day of 19 57, at the hour of 8: UQ o'clock, P. M. ,
at the City Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for
hearing and determination on said petition.
