WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of December , 1957,
the abutting owners of a cul-de-sac on Laurel Way, in the plat of R. C.
MUnger Addition No. 5, located in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington, and more particularly described as f ollows, to -wit:
That portion of Laurel Way in the plat of R. C. Munger Addi-
tion No. 5 as recorded in volume 16 of plats, page 86, records
of Snohomi sh County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot elevTen {11); thence
east 30 feet to the northwest corner of Lot twelve (12); thence
south 80 feet; thence west 30 feet; thence north 80 f eet to the
point of beginning; situate in Snohomish County, Washington;
have petitioned this Council for the -vacation of the above described property,
and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such a petition, and that
the same be fixed by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
17th day of
December , 1957, at the hour of 8: 00 o'clock
P. M., at the City Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the t ime and
place for the hearing and determination on the said petition.
