Resolution 039 ARESOLUTION NO. ;;�
WHEREAS, it is desired to vacate certain portions of "C" Street, Elm
Street, and portions of the alleys in Blocks 11 and 12, Yost's First Addition to the
City of Edmonds, all located in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
(A) "C" Street from the north line of lot three (3), Block eleven (11) and
lot eight (8), Block twelve)12), to the north line of Elm
Street (also known as County Road on -original plat)
(B) The alley in Block eleven (11j, Yost's First Addition to the City of
Edmonds, adjacent to lots three, four, five, six, seven and
eight;
(C) The alley in Block twelve (12), Yost's First Addition to the City of
Edmonds, adjacent to lots two, three, four, five, six, seven
eight and nine;
(D) Elm Street (known as County Road on original plat) from the east
margin of Eighth Street to the West margin of Ninth Street,
reserving unto the City of Edmonds the right for a utility
easement over and across the south 15 feet of said proposed
vacated portion of Elm Street (within the plat of Yost's First
Addition to the City of Edmonds);
WHEREAS, under R. C. W. 35. 79. 010, a hearing must be held on the said
vacation, and the date of such hearing must be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the 5th
day of May, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall, Edmonds, Wash-
ington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination on said
vacation.
