Resolution 042 BRESOLUTION NO,
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds, Washington, accepted an offer from the
United States Government for an advance for preparation of planning documents per-
taining to a public work described as "Construction of Additional Sewerage Facilities
Within the City of Edmonds ", and
WHEREAS, JAMES H. REID & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, were
engaged to prepare the planning documents for the aforesaid public work and said
engineer has completed the documents and submitted them for approval, and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully studied
and are considered to comprise adequate planning of the public work essential to the
community and within the financial ability of the City of Edmonds to Construct;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, the governing body of the said applicant, that the planning docu-
ments submitted by James H. Reid & Associates, Consulting Engineers, as the basis
for construction of the said sanitary sewerage facilities in connection with Housing
and Home Finance Agency Project No. Wash. P-3046 Sanitary Sewers, be and the
same are hereby approved, and that certified copies of this Resolution be filed with
the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
