Resolution 043 BRESOLUTION NO. V 3
WHEREAS, on the f clay of 10 5 J, the abutting
owners of property dedicated for street purposes located in the City of Edmonds,
Connty of Snohomish, State of Washington, and more particularly described as fol-
lows, to -wit:
That portion of lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block 81, Plat of City of Edmonds,
as recorded in volume 2, page 39 of plats, records of Snohomish County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 1; thence south, along the
west line thereof, a distance of 110 feet to the southwest corner of
said lot 1; thence east along the south line of said lots 1, 2 and 3,
a distance of 66. 81 feet; thence north 50054122" west 30.35 feet to a
point of curvature; thence along an arc to the right of 117. 07 feet radus
cu -rye an arc distance of 104.01 feet to the point of beginning
have petitioned this Council for the vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such a petition, and that the
same be fixers by resolution,
_\-OW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
day of i� a� 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M„ at the City

Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing
and determination on the said petition.
