Resolution 045 BRESOLUTION NO. -
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of February, 19 60, the abutting owners of
property dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, County
of Snohomish, State of Washington, and more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
That portion of Tenth Street, S. E. (formerly 216th St., S. W. ),
extending from the east right of way line of 25th Avenue South,
(formerly 76th Ave. W.) easterly 651. 27 feet, more or less,
to the projected west line of Luschen's Tracts, Division #3,
have petitioned this Council for the vacation of the above described property,
and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition, and that the
date of such hearing be fixed by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the fifth
day of April, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, p, m. , at the City Hall, Edmonds,
Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determina-
tion on the said petition.
