of Washington is considering the programming of a highway improvement project on

AND WIMUA,S, the said Department of Iighways further proposes that said
improvement is to be financed from State; -Motor Vehicle Funds supplemented with
Federal Aid. Secondary Funds available to the State of Washington and reserved for
use on the state highway system.
