RESOLUTION NO. '--)
WHEREAS, in the establishment of the Civic Center to be built by the
City of Edmonds, the City of Edmonds has acquired all property, with one ex-
ception, adjacent to and abutting upon Hebe Way, in the City of Edmonds, between
Fth Avenue North and Sixth Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, in the construction of the proposed Civic Center, said Hebe
Way will be included in the property upon which structures are to be erected, and
WHEREAS, it is desired to vacate said Hebe Way between Fifth Avenue
Avenue North and Sixth Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, under R. C.W. 85.79.010, a hearing must be held on said
vacation, and the date of such hearing must be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the fbutth
day of APIUIi, 1961, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall, Edmonds,
Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination
on said vacation.
