A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WI THIN THE
CURRENT EXPENSE ACCOUNT (GENERAL FUND), WATER DEPARTMENT
AND STREET DEPARTMENT FUNDS OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH._
WH E R E A S, due to the unforeseen expansion of the City of Edmonds
and the consequent increased expenditures in certain operating expenses of
the City, budgeted within the Current Expense Account (General Fund) of the
said City, within Water Department Funds and Street Department Funds of
said City, certain items within said Current Expense, Water Department and
Street Department accounts have called for expenditures over and above the
amount estimated to be necessary therefor, while certain other items within
said funds have not been required to be expended, and
W H E R E A S , it is desired to transfer the credit balances of unexpend-
ed items to cover those items over -expended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EDMONDS: That the City Treasurer of the City of Edmonds
is hereby authorized to transfer, within the Current Expense Account (General
Fund) of said City, unexpended funds from any funds available, to cover over -
expended items, including, but not limited to, the sum of $455.00 for City
Attorney's expense, $1, 038. 15 for City Hall Expense, $150.71 for City Hall
Office Equipment, and $950.00 for Fire Expense.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of
Edmonds is hereby authorized to transfer, within Water Department Funds,
unexpended funds from any funds available, to cover over -expended items in
Disposal Plant Expense, in the sum of $987.16.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of
Edmonds is hereby authorized to transfer, within Street Department Funds,
unexpended funds from any funds available, to cover over -expended items in
Operating Expense, in the amount of $650.00.
