Resolution 065RESOLUTION NG.
WHEREAS, it is necessary, in furtherance of the affairs of the
City of Edmonds, that a Franchise Bond application or applications be made
to the State of Washington on behalf of said City, and
WHEREAS, the proper officer of said City should be authorized
to make such application or applications,
NOW, THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that Mayor S.A. McGinness be and
he is hereby authorized to execute franchise bond applications to the State
of Washington on behalf of the City of Edmonds, with full power and
authority to bind said City under such applications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Franchise Bond No. 480104
to the State of Washington, executed April 24, 1962, be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved, and all acts performed by any City Official
in connection therewith are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the City
of Edmonds is hereby bound thereby.
