Resolution 066RESOLUTION NO WHEREAS, it is desired to vacate certain portions of Sixth Avenue, in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 25, township 27 North, Range 3 EWM, and the northerly margin of Paradise Lane, said line also being the centerline of Sixth Avenue; thence south 38050100" east, along the northeasterly margin of said Paradise Lane, 23.29 feet; thence north 1015132" East, 149.74 feet; thence north 42035100" west, 21. 65 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right, having a radius of 124. 13 feet; thence northwesterly, along the arc of said curve to the right and consuming a central angle of 15023101", an are distance of 33.33 feet; thence south 1015132" west, parallel to the west line of said southeast quarter of northwest quarter of southwest quarter, 151. 49 feet to the northeasterly margin of said Paradise Lane; thence south 380501"00" east, along said northeasterly margin, 23.29 feet to the point of beginning; and WHEREAS, under R. C. W. 35.79.010,, a hearing must be held on the said vacation, and the date of such hearing must be fixed by Resolution, NOW; THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the 5th day of June, 1962, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P, M at the City Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination on said vacation.
