duly called and held at Edmonds, Washington
on the 20th day of November 19 62 , a quorum being present, the following Preamble
and Resolution was adopted:
"WHEREAS, this corporation is materially interested through granting of Permit Bond as pertaining
to Franchise No. 3207 and 3208, State of Wash ngon
(Here insert nature of interest, such as stock ownership, sale of merchandise, sale of materials, etc.)
in transactions in which The City of Edmonds
(Here insert name of individual or company for which bond is executed)
has applied and will in the future apply to the GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA for bonds or un-
dertakings in various amounts, and
"WHEREAS, the GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA is willing to execute or join in the execution
of or has heretofore at the request of this corporation, through the officers below named, executed or joined in the
execution of such bonds or undertakings as surety upon being furnished with the written indemnity of this corpora-
tion, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the corporation hereby authorizes, affirms,rani''nd apprtve sets of

in executing and having executed on behalf of the corporation any agreement or agreements of indemnity required
by the GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA for its protection and the protection of its cosureties, if
any, as a condition to the execution by it of the bonds or undertakings for

by said GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, and the acts of the aforementioned representative(s) of
the corporation in affixing the corporate seal to such agreement of indemnity and subscribing his (their) name(s)
thereto, in behalf of the corporation, are hereby authorized and ratified."
