BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS"
WASHINGTON; that Chief of Police R.C. GRINISTAD be and he is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of THE CITY OF EDMONDS;,
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WASHINGTON, a public entity established under
the laws of the State of Washington, this application and to file in in the
appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal
financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875),
(81st Congress; 42 U.S.C. 1855-1855g).
