Resolution 084RESOIXTION NO,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds has for
several months studied the proposed Comprehensive Plan for the City of
Edmonds as prepared by Clark Coleman�t and Rupeiks, Inc., Planning Consultants,
dated May 1, 1963, and
WHEREAS, after proper notice in accordance with law and pursuant to
the ordinances of said City, a public hearing was held with respect to said
Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing, arguments for and against the adoption
of said plan were heard, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds has deter-
mined that it is in the best interest of the citizens of Edmonds that said Compre-
hensive Plan be adopted, and has by Planning Commission Resolution No. 84
recommended to the City Council of the City of Edmonds the adoption of said
Plan as the official Comprehensive Plan for the City of Edmonds, and
WHEREAS, the Edmonds City Council has also studied said plan,
NOW,; THEREFORE; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI-L
OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS that pursuant to the recommendation of the

Edmonds Planning Commission in its Resolution No. 84, the City Council of
the City of Edmonds does hereby adopt as the official Comprehensive Plan for
the City of Edmonds the Comprehensive Plan prepared by Clark Coleman and
Rupeiks, Inc., dated May 1, 1963.
