Resolution 093RESOLUTION NO
WHEREAS, on the third day of March, 1964, the abutting owner of
property dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds,
County of Snohomish, State of Washington, andmore particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
That portion of 216th St. S.W. lying southerly of and adjacent to
Tract 6, Block 3, ALDERWOOD MANOR NO. 9, except the
westerly 225 feet thereof;
has petitioned this Council for the vacation of the above described property,
and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition, and that the
date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW; THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
_qday of 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., at
the City Hall, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place
for the hearing and determination on said petition.
