WHEREAS, on the 16th day of June, 1964 a Petition
signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the property
abutting upon property dedicated for street purposes, located
in the City of Edmonds, being Erben Drive, from 4th Avenue
to 5th Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
That 20 foot street, platted as Erben Drive in
City Park Addition No. 2, to Edmonds, as per plat
recorded in Vol. 13 of Plats, page 20, Records of
Snohomish County, Washington, between the East line
of 4th Street and the West line of 5th Street.
was filed with the City Council of the City of Edmonds for
the vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition,
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, '.THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday
the 4th day of August, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m.
at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be
fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination
by the City Council of said petition.
