Resolution 100RESOLUTION NO. 100 WHEREAS at the public meeting of the City Council of the City of Edmonds held on November 3, 1964, Ordinance No. 1075 was passed annexing that property on 10th South in the City of Edmonds known as the Shearer - Mudra property adjoining the Westgate School property, which property is legally described as follows: "That portion of the East 1%2 of the North 1l2 of Tract 3, Fourtnerls Homestead Plat, as per Plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, on Page 97, records of Snohomish County, described as followso Beginning at the southeast corner of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Tract 3; thence North 88016`45" West, 374 feet; thence North 24041107" East, 180.25 feet; thence South 88016140" to the West margin of 10th Avenue South; thence South 100°05:00" West along said West margin to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with that portion of the right-of-way for 10th Avenue South lying adjacent thereto." WHEREAS the next regularly scheduled date for hearing supplementations to the Official Zoning Map which is available for said property is the third Wednesday in February, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RESOLVES by a vote of not less than five members of said council that pursuant to section 12.16.170 D of the Edmonds City Code that an emergency exists, and FURTHER RESOLVES that the Edmonds Planning Commission may hold a public hearing at the earliest practicable time for purposes of zoning said property pursuant to the Edmonds City Code.
