A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS, ALL WITHIN THE CURRENT EXPENSE
FUND, OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, at the time of preparation of the Budget
for 1964 for the City of Edmonds, certain revisions of the
proposed Official Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map
were unforseen, and
WHEREAS, substantial revisions to the Official
Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map were necessitated
and made, and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto numerous public hearings
were held before the Planning Commission and the City Council, and
WHEREAS, additional and unforseen expenses were
necessarily incurred in planning and legal fees, and costs of
printing, notice and publication, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, that the City Clerk of said City is hereby
authorized to transfer, all within the Current Expense Fund
of said City, to Maintenance and Operation of the Planning Com—
mission & Board of Adjustment, the following sums:
(1) From Unanticipated Income (due to a sum returned
from the Washington State Department of Commerce), the sum
of $3,603.60;
(2) From the unexpended budget balance of Maintenance
and Operation of Employees Benefits, the sum of $2,500.00; and
(3) From the unexpended budget balance of Maintenance
and Operation of Street Lighting, the sum of $2,272.05.
RESOLVED this 15th day of December, 1964, by the
City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
