Resolution 103RESOLUTION NO. 103
WHEREAS on the 5th day of January, 1965, a petition
signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the property
abutting upon that pathway easement dedicated to the public
located in the City of Edmonds, more particularly described
as follows:
That pathway easement, not including the utility
easement, existing between lots 3 and 4 of that
plat recorded in the Snohomish County Auditor's
office as Sea Lawn Acres No. 2, situate in the
County of Snohomish, State of Washington,
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the
vacation of the above described pathway easement,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS DO HEREBY RESOLVE that Tuesday the 2d day of February,
1965, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for
the hearing ad determination by the City Council of the City
of Edmonds of said Petition to vacate.
