Resolution 107 A7 RESOLUTION NO. 107
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of December, 1961 pursuant
to the requirements of Chapter 35.77 of the Revised Code of
Washington, the City of Edmonds did adopt a comprehensive
street program by Resolution No. 61 for the ensuing six years,
and,
WHEREAS pursuant further to said law, the City
Council of the City of Edmonds being the legislative body of
said City has reviewed the work accomplished under said program,
determined current City street needs and based on these find-
ings has prepared a revised and extended comprehensive street
program for the ensuing six years and,
WHEREAS, having held public hearing on the revised
and extended comprehensive street programs
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds that the comprehensive street program
as revised and extended for the ensuing six years, for the City
of Edmonds, a copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit4Al",
setting forth the project location,, type of improvement and the
estimated cost therefor, be and the same is hereby adopted and
incorporated by reference as if fully set forth within the
body of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of said compre-
hensive street program for the ensuing six years, (Exhibit "AW)
together with a copy of this Resolution be filed with the
Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
