A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSULTING
ENGINEER'S REPORT ON A COMPREHENSIVE
SEWERAGE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF TO
THE HOUSING AND HOME FINANCING AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds accepted an offer
from the United States Government for an advance for prepara-
tion of planning documents pertaining to a public work des-
cribed as extensions to existing municipal sewerage system,
modifications and additions to existing sewage treatment
plant, and extension of storm sewer and drainage facilities;
and
WHEREAS, James H. Reid (Reid, Middleton & Associates,
Inc.,) was engaged to prepare the planning documents for the
aforesaid public work, and said architect and/or engineer has
completed documents and submitted them for approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been
carefully studied and are considered to comprise adequate plan-
ning of the public work essential to the community and within
the financial ability of the City of Edmonds to construct; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, the governing
body of said applicant, that the planning documents submitted
by James H. Reid (Reid, Middleton & Associates, Inc.) as the
basis for detailed planning of the above described public work
dated July 6, 1965, and the statements in Form CFA -430, Request
for Review and Approval of Planning Documents, in connection
with Housing and Dome Finance Agency Project No. P -Wash -3284
be and the same are hereby approved; and t1n t certified copies
of this Resolution be filed with the Housing and Home Finance
Agency.
RESOLVED this 6th day of July, 1965 by the City
Council of the City of Edmonds,, Washington.
