Resolution 115 ARESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE PARK DEPARTMENT
INTO THE NEWLY AUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT
RENTAL FUND.
WHEREAS, at the time of the preparation and adoption
of the Budget for 1965 for the City of Edmonds, Washington
there was no Equipment Rental Fund within said Citt-'s Budget,
and,
WHEREAS, after considerable study and experience
an Equipment Rental Fund was adbi3ted by Ordinance No. 1111
of said City and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Ordinance purchase of
machinery and equipment is to be made under the Equipment
Rental Fund, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that the City Treasurer is hereby author-
ized to transfer the sum of $2,745.21 from Capital Outlay of
the Park Department to the Equipment Rental Fund.
RESOLVED this 21st day of September, 1965, by the
City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
