A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM UNANTICIPATED INCOME
(FROM SABE OF WATER AND SEWER REVENUE
BONDS, 1965) INTO THE WATER AND SEWER
FUND
WHEREAS, at the time of the preparation and adoption
of the Budget for 1965 for the City of Edmonds, Washington
there was no provision for acquisition of certain sewer and water
facilities in portions of said City, much of which had been
annexed, and
WHEREAS, negotiations with the City of Lynnwood led to
a contract for joint use and provided for future expansion of
certain sewer facilities, and
WIE REAS, the City of Edmonds has, pursuant to
Ordinance No. =1141, sold Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1965,
thereby realizing unanticipated income, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that_ -.the City Treasurer is hereby author-
ized to transfer the sum of $122,500.00 from unanticipated
income (sale of Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1965) to the
Water and Sewer Fund.
RESOLVED this 5th day of October, 1965, by the City
Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
