WHEREAS in accordance with the laws of the State of
Washington and Section 1.56.060 of the Edmonds City Code the
membership of the audit committee of the City of Edmonds is
to be established by resolution at the first regular meeting of
the City Council in the month of January, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
The audit committee of the City of Edmonds shall consist of
the following three members of the City Council: A.L. Kincaid,
Howard A. Olds and Dick Slye.
RESOLVED this 4th day of January, 1966.
