WHEREASa A Petition signed by the owners of more than
two-thirds of the property abutting upon property dedicated
for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, Washing-
ton, being Sea Lawn Drive, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 3, Sea Lawn
Terrace, Division B., According to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 23 of Plats, on pages 42 and 43,
records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence S
69010'00"W, along the northerly margin of Sea Lawn
Drive, a distance of 82.31 feet to an intersection
with a curve having a radius-_ of 40.00 feet, from
which intersection the radius point of said curve
bears S 8007'18"W; thence Westerly, along the arc
of said curve, being a curve to the left and con-
suming a central angle of 276055150", an arc distance
of 193.34 feet to a point from which the radius point
of said curve bears N 88048132"W; thence N 69010100"E,
along southerly margin of Sea Lawn Drive, a distance of
77.37' to the NW corner of Lot 8, said plat of Sea
Lawn Terrace Division B; thence N 20050100"W, a dis-
tance of 25.00' to an intersection with the centerline
of Sea Lawn Drive; thence S 69010'00"W, along said cen-
terline a distance of 12.781; thence N 20o50100"W,
a distance of 25.00' to the point of beginning;
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the
vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW6 THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday the
the day of , 1966, at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be
fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination
by the City Council of said Petition.
