A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 126 OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDSe WASHINGTON BY MAKING SPECIFIC
REFERENCE TO THE WATER RATE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SEATTLE.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Edmonds passed
Resolution No. 126 authorizing the City Engineer to make
application for water from the City of Seattle at specified
rates, and
WHEREAS, the City of Seattle reserves the right to amend
its rates for water from time to time by Ordinance, and requests
that applications therefor take cognizance of such fact, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 2 of Resolution No. 126 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 2. The rates to be applied for by the City
Engineer are those in accordance with the rules and
regulations set forth in Ordinance No. 65877 of the
City of Seattle, as may be amended from time to time."
RESOLVED by the City Council of tl-e City of Edmonds,
