WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, proposes
to vacate certain property dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of
Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, being a portion of Front
Street, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of Government Lots 2 and 3, Sec. 23, T27N,
R3E2 W.M., being a portion of Front Street as deeded to the
City of Edmonds by deeds filed for record under Auditor's
File No.'s 715333 and 725561, and more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the westerly
margin of Front Street with the north margin of Dayton Street;
thence N 89055100" E, along the north margin of Dayton Street
extended easterly 68.67 feet to an intersection with the
easterly margin of Front Street; thence N 29001100" E. along
said easterly margin of Front Street, 193.21 feet to the
intersection of a curve to the right (center point which bears
S 86011;32" E); thence northeasterly along the arc of said
curve, having a radius of 630.00 feet, and consuming a central
angle of 25012132", a distance of 277.19 feet to an intersection
with the westerly margin of Front Street; thence S 29601'00" W,
along said westerly margin of Front Street, 494.93 feet to the
point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing on such proposal and that
the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the -day of
4&14 Z , 1966, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic Center,
E onds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and
determination by the City Council of said proposal to vacate.
