WHEREAS, a Petition signed by the owners of more than
two thirds of the property abutting upon property dedicated
for alley purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, Wash-
ington, being that alley running east and west from 8th
Avenue South to 9th Avenue South between Dayton and Maple
Streets, more particularly described as follows:
All of the alley in Block 76 of the City of Edmonds
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Volume
2 of plats on page 39 records of Snohomish County,
Wash.,
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the
vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday the

p.m. at the Ed;. rds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall

be fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determin-
ination by the City Council of said Petition.
