WHEREAS, the Water -Sewer Department of theCity of
Edmonds has certain property which is surplus to the imme-
diate or future needs to that department, and
WHEREAS, said property, herein legally described, has
a valuation in the Water -Sewer department as follows:
PARCEL A: Lots 6 through 20, Block 68, Plat
of City of Edmonds . . . . . . . . . . . . . $1,000.00
PARCEL B: The SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec-
tion 24, Twp. 27, Range 3 East W.M., Less the
.12 acre off the SW corner thereof, in Snohomish
County, TOGETHER with Lots 15 to 23 inclusive
of Block 38, and Lots 21 to 40 inclusive of
Block 39, Plat of City of Edmonds, records of said
County . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $22,500.00
All situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, and
WHEREAS., the Park Department is in need of additional park
and recreation property, now, therefore,
THE CITY 00UNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTONt
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The hereinabove described real property is,
and is hereby declared to be, surplus for the immediate or
future needs of the Water -Sewer Department.
Section 2. The real property herein above described is
hereby transfered to the Park Department and the City Treasurer
is hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $23,500.00 from
Capital Outlay, Parks & Playgrounds, Acquisition and Develop-
ment to the Water -Sewer Department.
RESOLVED this 6th day of September, 1966, by the City Council
of the City of Edmondp, Washington.
