is defined a a "Primary City" under R.C.N. 70.46.010, and

Snohomish .-:-a lth District has been ac pt:d by the s id Board
of Health of the Snohomi-h alth District, the Hoard of
Coubty Commi,sioners of Snohomish County, and the City Council
of the City of nett, and by ,- m jority of citi 8 within the
County of Snohomish, and
WHEREAS, the City of Rdmonds desires to be included in
the Snohowi-h Health District a. a primary city,
NOW, THERE]'dRE, Bg IT RESOLVED BY TUB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S S, WASHINGTON:
1. That the City of Edmonds petition the <-rd of Health
of the Snohomish Health District for inclu-ion a primary
city in the said Health District, as provided in R.C.N. 70.46,
and --- t the duly authorised officers of the City of Edmonds
certify to the adoption of thi-- resolution and file the orig-
inal with the Snohomish Health Di --strict Health Officer.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Edmonds be authorised to
enter into an agreement with the said Snohomish Health District
on behalf of the City of Edmonds. Said agreement shall pro-
vide for per capita contribution on t.- a:rt of the City of
Edmonds to the Snohomish Health District at a rte establi hod
annpally by the Snohomish Health District rd of Health and
the City Council of the City of Zdmond . The population count
for any year shall be determined by the population count of
the W.shington St to Census Hoard for the City of Edmonds pub-
li hed in the preceding year. Said agreement shall further
s -t forth that the Snohomi h Health District shall render to
the City of Edmond.. the full program of public health services
administered by the Snohomish Health District.
