Resolution 151RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
commending HERMAN SATER for his services to said
City and the citizens thereof.
WHEREAS, it is appropriate and desirable that a community
award public recognition for outstanding public service rendered
by individual citizens, and
WHEREAS, sincerity of purpose and duty is often reflected by
length of service, and
WHEREAS, Herman Sater has served the City of Edmonds, and
the citizens thereof, for a period of time in excess of ten
years, and
WHEREAS, Herman Sater has voluntarily retired from his
position on the City Planning Commission, and whereas, the
City Council of the City of Edmonds and the officers and em-
ployees of said city deem it only fitting that a commendation
should be issued herewith for the service so spent by Herman
Sater, and
WHEREAS, said commendation should be made a part of the
permanent records of said City, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON that HERMAN SATER be hereby commended for his un-
tiring efforts and excellence in service on behalf of the
said City and its citizens, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be
furnished to the said HERMAN SATER and an additional copy be
entered in the permanent records cf this city in order that the
citizens be forever aware of the high esteem and respect in
which HERMAN SATER has been, is and will be held.
RESOLVED by the City Council this 3rd day of January, 1967.
