A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS9 WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONVEY CERTAIN PROPERTY
FOR PURPOSES OF LOT AND STREET BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain property was conveyed to the City of
Edmonds by quit claim deed during the process of plat devel-
opment in anticipation of needed street right -of --'way, and
WHEREAS, the said property is now found to be unnecessary
to the street as finally located, now,, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMONIAS :
That the Mayor of said City be authorized to convey
by quit claim deed the following legally described property,
all situate in Edmonds, Washington to Ben H. Hansen and
Hanseni his wife:
All that portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
24, Township 27 North, Range 3 East W.M., lying
south of the easterly extension of the North line
of Lot 8. Brookmere, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, on Page 17, Records
of Snohomish County, Washington, and lying east of the
east margin of 8th Avenue North as shown on the said
plat of Brookmere.
RESOLVED this 20th Day of Xne, 1967.
