A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN
EASEMENT'S BY QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYENCE TO THE
EDMONDS COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds has been granted certain
easements in the past for utility purposes when the effected
property was under separate ownerships, and
WiEREAS., THE effected property was subsequently acquired
by the Edmonds Commercial Development Company, a partnership,
which company provided for utilities and drainage for the
property making unnecessary the previously acquired easements,
now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EDMOND S, WASHINGTON:
That the mayor be authorized to convey by Quit Claim
Deed to the Edmonds Commercial Development Company, a partner-
ship, the following described easements:
1. The permanent easement granted July 11, 1962, by
James H. Deming and Florence E. Deming, his wife,
to the City of Edmonds, a municipal corporation,
for storm sewer line over west 5.00 feet of south
75.00 feet, together with south 10.00 feet of west
170.00 feet of east: half of northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said
section 29, by instrument recorded January 28, 1963,
under Auditor's File No. 1588266.
2. The permanent easement for storm sewer ovef, across,
through and below the east 5.00 feet of south 132
feet of West half of northwest quarter of the south-
west quarter of the southwest quarter of said Sec-
tion 29, granted July 11, 1962, to the City of Edmonds
by instrument recorded January 23, 1963, under Auditor's
File No. 1588268.
3. The permanent easement granted July 18, 1962, for
storm sewer by Loretta M. Holmes to the City of
Edmonds, a municipal corporation, over the east 10
feet of north 132 feet of the west half of the
southwest quarter of tle southwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of said section 29; recorded
January 28, 1963, under Auditor's file No. 1588213,
and similar easement granted by Ben Agor by instrument
recorded August 15, 1962, under Auditor's File No.
1588214.
4. The easement contained within the Ordinance vacating
a portion of Oliver Lane, recorded July 11, 1966,
under Auditor's File No. 1880722, gtogether with all
rights reserved by the City of Edmonds withii said
Ordinance.
