A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTON11
AMENDING SECTION 4 OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
217, BY ESTABLISHING A NEW DATE FOR THE PUBLIC
HEARING AND TIME FOR OBJECTIONO IF ANYS TO THE
IMPROVEMENT PROPOSED BY SAID RESOLUTION OF INTENTION,
SANITARY SEWERS FOR UNITS 2 AND 3 BY THE LOCAL IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT METHOD AS DESCRIBED IN SAID
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION.
WHEREAS, the date of public hearing and objection thereto.,
if any, set by Resolution of Intention No. 217, November 14,
1967, has been found unsatisfactory due to engineering consid-
erations, and the same should therefore be set at a later time,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS* WASHINGTON:
Section 4 of Resolution of Intention No. 217, passed by
the City Council on August 1, 1967, which Resolution of Inten-
tion proposes the construction of sanitary sewers by the local
improvement district method in units 2 and 3 and all necessary
appurtenances thereto including pipe, valves, fittings.,,, sur-
face grading and replacement of pavement where necessary and
related work necessary to make a complete improvement in
accordance with city standards, be and the same hereby is
amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. All persons who may desire to object
to the improvement herein mentioned are hereby
notified to appear at the auditorium in the Edmonds
Junior High School, 4th and Daley, Edmonds.,. Washing-
ton, at a meeting of the said council, on the 12th day
of December, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. of said
day, then and there to present their objections
thereto if any they have."
