WHEREAS:& membership of the Audit Committee of the
City of Edmonds is required to be established by resolution
on an annual basis, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS&! WASHINGTON
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The Audit Committee of the City of Edmonds,, shall
consist of the following three members of the City Council:
Richard Slye - Chairman
Chester Bennett
Gary Nelson
