A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON GRANTING
A STREET FRANCHISE TO THE OLYMPIC VIEW WATER DISTRICT
TO CONSTRUCT., OPERATE AND MAINTAIN SEWAGE PIPE LINES:=IN.t
ALONG AND UNDER CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY
IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the Olympic View Water District, a municipal
corporation, located in Snohomish County, Washington, has
applied:. - for a franchise to construct, operate and maintain
sewage pipe lines in, along and under city streets of the
City of Edmonds, and
WHEREAS, this resolution proposing to grant said franchise
was introduced for first reading on November 7, 1967, and the
same was thereafter deferred to a subsequent regular meeting
of the Gity Council of the City of Edmonds, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS,
That the application of Olympic View Water District,
a municipal corpcEration located in Snohomish County, Washington,
for a franchise to construct, operate and maintain sewage pipe
lines in, along and under city streets of the City of Edmonds,
being Edmonds Way, 9th Avenue South, 11th Avenue South, 25th
Avenue South, and 78th Avenue West, as more particularly described
in said franchise, be and the same hereby is granted and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said proposed street franchise.
