WHEREAS4 a Petition signed by the owners of more than
two thirds of the property abutting upon property dedicated
for alley purposes, being that alley in Block 18, First
Addition to the City of Edmonds, Washington, was filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the vacation of
the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition and
that the date of shch hearidg. be_ YiXied by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE., IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
daz of 1968, at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
at the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be
fixed as the time and place for the hearing and determination
by the City Council of said Petition.
