A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSe WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING GRAY & OSBORNE TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN
RIGHT-OF-WAYS AND SLOPE EASEMENTS, SUBJECT TO
APPROVAL BY THE CITY ENGINEERO PURSUANT TO THE
URBAN ARTERIAL PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Chapter 83, Laws of 1967E Extraordinary Session,
provided for an Urban Arterial Program financed by a 5/8
of one cent gas tax dedicated to the cities and counties,
and
WHEREAS# by Resolution No. 158, the City of Edmonds des-
ignated certain priorities for urban arterials, and
WHEREAS, the 212 Street S.W. and Main Street project has
been approved with the City of Lynnwood as the designated
constructing agent, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF EDMONDS_O
WASHINGTON:
The consulting engineering firm of Gray & Osborne is
hereby authorized to acquire necessary rights-of-way and
slope easements within the City of Edmonds for the Urban
Arterial Program project on 212 Street S.W. and Main Street,
said acquisitions to be subject to the approval of the City
Engineer for the City of Edmorrb.
RESOLVED this 6th day of February, 1968 by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
