Resolution 187RESOLUTION NO. 19'2
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter
35.77 of the Revised Code of Washington, the City Council
has adopted a comprehensive street program by Resolution
No. 61, and thereafter modified by Resolution Nos. 107 and
137, for the six-year period following their passage, and,
WHEREAS* the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, has reviewed the work accomplished under said
program, determined current city street needs, and based
on these findings has prepared a revised and extended com-
prehensive street program for the next ensuing six years,
and,
WHEREAS, having held the public hearing on the revised
and extended comprehensive street program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds that the comprehensive street pro-
gram as revised and extended for the ensuing six years for
the City of Edmonds, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" (1968-1973, inclusive), setting forth the pro-
ject location, type of improvement and the estimated cost
therefor, be and the same is hereby adopted and incorpor-
ated by reference as if fully set forth within the body of
this Resolution;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
with Exhibit "A" (1968-1973, inclusive) be filed with the
Director of Highways for the State of Washington.
