WHEREAS, A Petition signed by the owners of more than
two-thirds of the property abutting upon property dedicated
for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, Washing-
ton, being a portion of Edmonds Street, more particularly
described as follows:
The North ten feet of Edmonds Street between 8th
Avenue North and 9th Avenue North in the City of
Edmonds, Snohomish County, Washington.
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the
vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution.
NOW., THEREFORE.,,, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday the
17th day of June., 1969, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at the
Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed
as the time and place for the hearing and determination by
the City Council of said Petition.
