A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE OF HEARING, AND
THE TIME AND PLACE THEREOF, FOR AFFIRMING THE FINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPERTY SPECIALLY BENEFITTED BY
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS FOR THE
MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT,
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the construction of side-
walks, curbs and gutters along Main Street from 9th Avenue to
approximately 200 feet Northwest of the 5 Corners intersection
(17th Avenue South), in the City of Edmonds, Washington, has
been filed with the City Clerk and reported to the City Council
for confirmation, and
WHEREAS, said assessment roll has been tentatively fixed
at $4000 per zoned front foot, the actual cost and benefits to
be considerably in excess of said $4.00 per zoned front foot
which extra cost will be borne by the City of Edmonds, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON that the City Clerk be, and she is, hereby directed
to notify the owners or reputed owners of the property benefitted
by said improvement and affected by said assessment roll, whose
name appears on the Snohomish County Treasurer's tax roll as the
owner or reputed owner of the property, at the address shown
thereon, of the hearing on the confirmation of said assessment
roll, which hearing shall be held before the City Council of
the City of Edmonds, in the Council Chambers, on the / S—A�ay
of 1969, at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the
same may be heard, at which time and place all persons who
desire to object thereto may appear and present such objec-
tions, if any, they have.
RESOLVED, this 17th day of June, 1969 by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
