A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN SUMS FROM
SALARIES TO JOB ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION STUDY
OF THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND.
WHEREAS, at the time of the preparation of the 1969
Budget it was anticipated that the City of Edmonds should
establish a position of purchasing agent and to make a
general evaluation of the administrative and departmental
structure and general organization of the City of Edmonds
Municipal Corporation, and
WHEREAS, in the process and evaluation of the organization
and structure of the City of Edmonds it was determined that
in the best interests of said city the anticipated purchasing
agent should not be established until a more complete evalua-
tion and analysis could be complete in order to provide the
best departmental integration within said city., now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
The City Clerk is hereby authorized to transfer the sum
of $3,330 from Purchasing Agent, Salaries from the expenditures
provided in the 1969 Budget for the Civic Center, Street
Department, and Water and Sewer Department, for a total transfer
of $9,990 to the Non -Departmental Division of the Current
Expense Fund itemized as the Job Analysis & Evaluation Study.
RESOLVED this 19th day of August, 1969 by the Edmonds
City. Council.
