XSX A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 158 OF SAID CITY TO REFLECT INCREASED ESTIMATED COST OF PRIORITY NO. 2 IN WHICH THE CITY OF EDMONDS HAS BEEN DESIGNATED AS THE CONSTRUCTION AGENT FOR URBAN ARTERIAL PURPOSES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF 9TH AVENUE A/K/A 100TH AVENUE WEST. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 158 of the City of Edmonds was passed pursuant to Chapter 83, Laws of 1967, Extra- ordinary Session setting forth certain priorities for urban arterial improvements in coordination and in con- junction with the cities of Edmonds, Lynnwood and Mount- lake Terrace and the County of Snohomish, and WHEREAS, Priority No. 2 relating in part to 9th Avenue a/k/a 100th Avenue from Caspers to the Snohomish - King County line, was approved by the Urban Arterial Board as submitted with the City of Edmonds as the construction agent, and WHEREAS, since the original submission by the City of Edmonds and approval by the Urban Arterial Board, due primarily to inflation in the construction industry, the preliminary estimates for the construction of said improve- ment have increased and should be so recognized by the City of Edmonds, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington as follows: Resolution No. 158 be and the same hereby is amended by increasing the preliminary cost estimates for 9th Avenue a/k/a 100th West from Caspers to the Snohomish -King County line as follows: Edmonds County U.A.B. rYD'T r_'T TT A T . . $ 69,500 144,000 841,500 AMENDED TO: Edmonds Less Original County Less Original $ 223,400 - 69,500 $ 153,900 (Add'tl City) 283,500 - 144,000 139,500 (Add'tl County) or total of $283,500 for County Participation and $223,400 for Edmonds participation.
