WHEREAS, a Petition signed by the owners of more
than two-thirds of the property abutting upon property
dedicated for street purposes, located in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, being a portion of Andover Street,
more particularly described as follows:
East ten feet of Andover Street between
the North Section line of Section 18, T. 27
North Range 4 E.W.M. and a point 186' South
of the North Section line of Section 18,
T. 27 N., Range 4 E. W. H., all situated in
Snohomish County, Washington.
was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Edmonds for
the vacation of the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such petition
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday,
the 17th day of August, 1971, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. at
the Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed
as the time and place for the hearing and determination by
the City Council of said Petition.
